Having MAJOR IT problems! My laptop has stopped working ...as has my Hotmail a/c. I did manage to read a few recent emails but don't think I can access it any longer!
Sorry to use the blog as a messaging portal but needs must I'm afraid....
Hope & Aid Direct :
Best wishes to all the Easter Convoy team! Wishing you all a safe & successful trip.
John Desty : When you deliver the welding equipment to Branka, please give her and her son ALL MY LOVE and take lots of pics!! Thanks xx
Graham Crame: Arrive back at Heathrow on 17th April at 17:30 - More than happy to hand over Albert Edward for what seems like the trip of his life!!! Please give your mobile number to Maggie Beecher so that I can get in touch when I land.
Maggie, can you get Grahams mobile number to Geraint please? Johnnie has his number if you don't.
Johnnie Evans: CONGRATULATIONS on becoming a grandad!!! Please give my love and best wishes to Jonathan & Louise (and baby Dylan of course). As you are my 'convoy husband', I wonder if this makes me a Granny? Hope my other 'grandchildren' Tilly & Roo are not too put out at the new addition!!!
WAG :
Judith : Thanks for trying to sort out my laptop problems ....no doubt you thought you could take a well earned break from sorting out my issues? As the saying goes, just when you thought it was safe to pick up the phone....!!!
Merthyr Office : Can't believe I'm writing this but I'm missing you and am ready to come back to work now please!
Thats it for now. Hopefully I can get my laptop up and running soon.

Hi!
ReplyDeleteLong time no blog!!!!
Glad you're back with us but do understand that you can't do a lot now with laptop out of action! Even less work now for you and you've got an excuse!!
We'll try and arrange so Albert Edward is able to go to El Alamein - hope he's got his passport stamped.
Hope to see more blogs when you can!!
Geraint

Hello Tina
ReplyDeleteHope you are sorting out your technology problems, and that everything is still fine with you.
We are okay. Chris's parents are here for a few days, looking after Carys so that I can go to work - joy! They did insist that we went out last night which we did into Cardiff. We watched the football in a pub (United beat Bolton 4-0) and then went for something to eat, then got the train home and popped into the Irish Times in Caerphilly for one - that was an eye opener!
Got three days in work and then I'm off for Easter. We're off to Cadburys World, West Wales for a couple of days, having new carpets fitted upstairs and then ending it off with going to see Hairspray on the Millennium Centre. We went to the New Theatre yesterday to see 'Peppa Pig - the live show!'
On that Easter note, Carys has been doing Easter in school and came out with the following the other night:
'Jesus rode on a donkey, then he had some wine with his friends and then three naughty men came along and they put him on a cross - and that was just rubbish! ' - is it reflective of us as parents, and our habits, that the wine featured significantly when she was recounting the story.....?
Take care and hope to hear your next blog soon
Catrin, Chris and Carys xx
